Samaj Kalyan Samiti

Registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 vide certificate of Registration No. S-28786 dated 22.12.95. The Samiti is an Autonomous Body and fully funded by NDMC. Institutions under the control of NDPPSKS are Senior Citizens’ Homes, Working Women’s Hostels, and Sr. Citizens’ Recreation Centers.


Roles & Responsibilities
  • Establish, maintain and control welfare activities/institutions.
  • Create a mass awareness on vulnerable sections including senior citizens etc.
  • Institutions for women welfare such as Working Women Hostels.
  • Homes for Senior Citizens to help the aged people irrespective of caste, colour or creed to lead a healthy, happy, and dignified life.
  • Provide social and recreational activities to all inmates and members of the established institutions.
  • Senior Citizens Recreation Centres provide recreational facilities like TV, meditation, indoor games, newspapers & magazines, and outings on the eve of International Senior Citizen Day.
